To maintain wholesale pricing, we require a minimum order value of $500 per transaction. There are no specific per-item quantity limits, allowing you to mix and match different electronic components and shells.
How long does international shipping typically take?
Standard international shipping usually takes 7-15 business days. We also offer expedited shipping via DHL or FedEx, which typically arrives within 3-5 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Are your replacement shells and buttons compatible with original controller hardware?
Yes, all ExtremeRate products are precision-engineered to ensure 100% compatibility with original OEM hardware. Please check the specific model version (e.g., BDM-010 vs BDM-020) listed on the product page before purchasing.
What payment methods do you accept for bulk orders?
